Flat Monthly Fee

Covers the tub cost, cover, steps, delivery & installation

  • New from £60/week

  • Nearly new (Up to 50 changeovers) £50/week
  • 12, 24, 36 or 48 month terms available

Changeover Service:

Because the hot tub remains the property of Peak Spas, we handle every changeover/mid stay checks directly, ensuring it’s always safe, spotless, and guest-ready without adding to your workload.

  • £80–£120 per changeover (depending on property size & access).

  • Includes full drain, clean, refill, cover & steps clean, chemical balance, filter cleaning, and reset. Line cleaning & detail clean regularly included in the price.

Mid stay checks:

  • Required under HSG282 compliance if heavily used and usually during longer guest stays of 7 days
  • £25-£40 per mid stay check
  • Includes cleaning of water line, refill, chemical balance, filter cleaning, anti foam, hot tub surround/patio and reset.

At Peak Spa Solutions, we make it easy for holiday let owners to add a premium sauna experience without the upfront costs or hassle. We purchase, deliver, and professionally install the sauna — whether it’s a traditional outdoor barrel sauna or a modern infrared cabin — and then take care of all the cleaning, servicing, and maintenance on your behalf.

For a fixed weekly fee (from £60 for brand-new installations 4/6 person sauna), your property can enjoy the unique appeal of a private sauna, attracting more bookings and higher nightly rates. Guests get the luxury they’re looking for, while you enjoy the profits without the workload.

Why Flushing Hot Tub Lines is Important

  1. Removes Biofilm Build-up

    • Inside the pipework, bacteria can form a sticky layer called biofilm.

    • Biofilm protects bacteria from chlorine and lets them multiply.

    • If not flushed, it can contaminate fresh water even after a drain & refill.
