Peak Spa Solutions. Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set out the terms under which Peak Spa Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies, installs, and maintains spa equipment (including hot tubs, saunas, and ice baths) at holiday let properties (“the Owner”, “you”, “your”).
Peak Spa Solutions is a trading name of Taylor Estate Management Ltd (Company No: 16142522, registered in England & Wales.
1. Equipment Ownership
1.1 All spa equipment provided under this Agreement remains the property of Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) at all times.
1.2 Ownership or title is not transferred to the Owner at any stage of the Agreement, regardless of duration.
1.3 Equipment must not be sold, transferred, moved, or disposed of by the Owner under any circumstances.
2. Rental Term
2.1 The standard rental term is a minimum of 24 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Early termination by the Owner is not permitted unless:
The Owner settles the outstanding rental balance for the minimum term, or
A mutually agreed removal fee plus any unpaid charges is paid.
2.3 At the end of the initial term, the Agreement may:Continue on a rolling monthly basis; or
Be renewed with new equipment and terms.
3. Fees & Payments
3.1 Weekly rental fees apply as per the agreed package (e.g., hot tubs, saunas, or ice baths).
3.2 Changeover fees are payable per guest stay as per written agreed contract.
3.3 Additional services (e.g., mid-stay checks, call-outs, non-standard access) will be charged separately.
3.4 Payments must be made by direct debit or bank transfer on agreed dates.
3.5 Late or missed payments may result in:
Interest being charged on overdue amounts;
Suspension of services until balance is cleared;
Removal of equipment if non-payment persists.
4. Services Provided by Peak Spa Solutions
We will:
4.1 Deliver and professionally install the spa equipment.
4.2 Carry out full guest changeovers, including:
Drain, clean, and refill;
Chemical balancing and filter servicing;
Sanitisation of covers and touchpoints.
4.3 Conduct quarterly servicing and equipment checks.
4.4 Maintain compliance with HSG282 guidelines.
4.5 Keep detailed records of checks, services, and water testing, issuing organised management spreadsheets to the Owner.
4.6 Provide diary management for all scheduled services.
5. Owner Responsibilities
The Owner agrees to:
5.1 Provide safe, reasonable access to the property for installation, servicing, and call-outs.
5.2 Ensure suitable water, drainage, and electrical connections are available and maintained.
5.3 Prevent guests, cleaners, or third parties from tampering with, draining, or refilling equipment.
5.4 Promptly report any misuse, damage, or guest complaints.
5.5 Notify Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) in advance of any property sale or transfer.
6. Sale or Transfer of Property
6.1 If the property is sold during the Agreement term, the Agreement must be transferred to the new owner.
6.2 If the new owner declines transfer, the existing Owner must:
Pay the outstanding balance of the contract term; or
Pay a removal fee to cover collection and redeployment.
6.3 Equipment remains the property of Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) and may be removed at our discretion if obligations are not met.
7. Liability
7.1 Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) accepts no liability for:
Misuse of equipment by guests;
Damage caused by third parties, pets, or unauthorised contractors;
Interruption to bookings caused by misuse, negligence, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or removal of equipment supplied by us.
7.3 The Owner remains responsible for ensuring their property insurance covers spa equipment supplied and operated under this Agreement.
8. Compliance & Servicing
8.1 All spa equipment is managed in accordance with HSG282.
8.2 Only Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) staff or approved representatives may service, clean, or repair equipment.
8.3 Unauthorised servicing will void the Agreement and may result in immediate removal of equipment.
9. Cancellation & Removal
9.1 Peak Spa Solutions (Taylor Estate Management Ltd) reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and remove equipment if:
Payments are not made in line with agreed terms;
Equipment is misused, neglected, or tampered with;
The Owner breaches any obligations of this Agreement.
9.2 Removal costs will be charged to the Owner in such circumstances.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
